This Privacy Policy describes how AZ Charged ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit azcharged.com (the "Site"), submit a business for listing, or contact us. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for example, contact form submissions are retained while we're corresponding with you, and listing account information is retained for the life of the listing plus any period required for tax and business records. Third-Party Links
AZ Charged is a directory — the Site links extensively to third-party business websites. Once you leave azcharged.com, this Privacy Policy no longer applies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of listed businesses or any external site, so review their policies directly.
Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
